The Coach
Bodybuilding might be one of the dumbest hobbies out there. You eat the same food every day, you train until you want to throw up, and your social life takes a back seat for months.
But for some of us, it just clicks. Watching your body change from the ground up, knowing you built it with your own hard work, is addicting as hell. That's what keeps me going, and it's why I started coaching.
I've been a client of Tommy John since before I ever stepped on stage. I started competing in 2024 and I'm still in it. Still prepping, still learning, still getting better every week. I coach from where I am now, not from where I used to be.
The people I work with aren't after a shortcut. They just want someone who's really in it with them, who gets the process, and who will be honest about what it takes.
My Own Proof
This is my own before and after. I built it with the same plan I put my clients through. Same rules, same discipline, no shortcuts.
Coaching enhanced athletes means staying close to the people who really move this sport forward. I stay connected with some of the biggest names in enhanced bodybuilding, like Chase Irons and Vigorous Steve, and I'm coached by Tommy John. What I give my clients isn't recycled internet advice. It's real knowledge, learned around the people who set the standard.

In Their Words
I worked with Ray for close to a year, and the biggest part was that he gave me a clear framework instead of just telling me what to do. He helped me understand the process, stay consistent, and focus on the things that actually move the needle.
He always believed I was capable of more and pushed me to raise my standards. Because of that, I made some amazing progress I didn't think was possible. Ray worked around my issues with ARFID while slowly pushing me to face them head on. He never forced anything on me, but he pushed me just enough to change without pushing me too hard to the point of falling off or burning out.
If you're willing to put in the work, he'll give you the guidance, accountability, and honest feedback needed to get results. He is detailed and thoughtful with his approach, and if he doesn't know something he will find the answer through his own research and his mentors to give the best solution.
I've been in and out of the gym for over 10 years, trying countless diets and training styles in an effort to get fit and build the physique I've always wanted. Despite all that time and effort, I never achieved the results I was hoping for.
Working with Raymond has completely changed that. In just six months, I've made more progress than I did in the previous ten years on my own. If I hadn't hired him, I honestly think I would have continued believing that I simply wasn't capable of building more muscle or looking fit.
Looking back, my only regret is not starting sooner. If I could go back in time and avoid all those years of trial and error, I would. The improvements go beyond my physique as well. My blood pressure has improved, my sleep has improved, and my overall mood is better. I feel healthier, stronger, and more confident than I have in years.
I don't see myself separating from Raymond anytime soon. He's knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in his clients' success. If you're considering hiring a coach, my advice is simple. Don't waste years trying to figure everything out on your own like I did. Raymond will do his part. The only thing you have to do is yours.
